Each accommodation business is normally the data controller for its guest, booking and employee data. Vertio processes data on the customer's instructions as the technical platform.

Data processing agreement

Before production use, the parties enter a data processing agreement covering purpose, data types, security measures, subprocessors, deletion and support for data subject rights.

Product controls

Vertio includes role-based access, separation between organisations, audit trails, anonymisation features and a payment architecture designed to avoid storing raw card details in the platform.
